By entering my name below and submitting a Design Review/ACC Request Form, I understand that I must receive approval of the Design Control/ACC Committee in order to proceed. I understand that approval does not constitute approval of the local building department and that I may be required to obtain a building permit. I agree to follow all City and County guidelines and requirements. I agree to complete improvements promptly after receiving approval. I understand that my improvements must be completed per approved specifications or approval is withdrawn. I also understand that I shall maintain proper slope and drainage when installing landscape or building improvements.
Please Note: No advertising signs for contractors, landscapers, etc. are permitted. The Design Review Committee/ACC has 30 days to reach a decision from the day they receive this Request Form. Incomplete forms will not be reviewed until completed.
